Were We Afraid?

I wonder if, before we were born, we were as afraid of life as we are now of death.

I feel being afraid (fear) is a learned process. It is something that we learn as we grow and as we experience it in others. We see and we feel the feelings of other people and because we want to learn and we want to fit in we develop our own fears and thus we pass it along. When we relearn that fear is just the opposite of love and love is what makes us funciton and love is what guides us on the journey then we take the time to let some of that fear dissapate and we realize that in order to know love then we must have had to learn and come to know fear.
Great question and I love your site.
